It is the aspiration of the owner and the employees of P.P.H. PRIMART Marek Łukasiewicz that the final product reaching the customer is of the highest quality, that it is safe from health perspective, and that the company enjoys a reputation which is associated with financial effects.

P.P.H.PRIMART acts in such a way as to ensure compliance with current legal regulations as well as with internal company guidelines . The CSR Policy - SOCIAL and ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY - form an integral part of our COMPANY's culture 

Quality Policy

               P.P.H. PRIMART's quality policy is implemented through a continuously improved System of Quality Assurance.

The Quality Assurance System aims to guarantee high quality products that meet the needs and expectations of current and potential customers and ensure the company's high position in the food market.

The priority objective is to ensure that all ingredients used and production steps are carried out in accordance with quality procedures.

The basic elements of the Quality Assurance System include:

a) control of compliance with GMP, HACCP requirements.

b) application of a strategy for continuous improvement of product quality standards
c) subordination of the management and planning system to quality aspects

d) formation and improvement of pro-quality attitudes of all employees
e) understanding quality as an economic factor of the company's position on the market
f) continuous improvement and enhancement of the Quality Assurance System

g) qualitative objectives are recorded in F5.P1

 The challenges posed to the quality of food products mean that efforts are directed towards the following:

  1 - every employee is responsible for quality

  2 -raising staff hygiene awareness as well as continuously improving staff qualifications and skills is an ongoing process, but especially at the time of pandemic threats

  3 – all the employees are committed in improving the quality, repeatability and safety of the product

  4 - identifying, defining and analysing the hazards that may prevent the occurrence of irregularities, including compromised health safety of products is an activity for all employees

  5 - selecting suppliers is a guarantee of product quality; caring for existing customers is linked to a constant search for new product customers

  6 -the comments, opinions and information collected about the company's products provide valuable material for working on meeting customer requirements

  7- the company's dedication to continuous growth is combined with the development of its technical base, the technologies used and its commercial activities.

In our day-to-day operations, we implement the Culture of Food Safety by following procedures and instructions on a daily basis, by consciously participating in all processes within the COMPANY and by taking care of our own hygiene as well as production process and product hygiene.

Product safety is our strength and overriding value.

P.P.H. PRIMART's strategy is implemented by maintaining and inspecting the standards relating to the CSR POLICY [SOCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY] - which, as the QUALITY POLICY, are communicated to both the COMPANY's employees and the Company business partners.

SOCIAL POLICY implemented through:

-respect for human dignity as an elementary condition of social coexistence,

-compliance with a wide range of statutory provisions, including the EU, national and contractor country food laws  and regulations as well as ILO and UN Conventions (prohibition of child labour, respect of youth employment regulations, prohibition of forced labour),

-compliance with national labour legislation,

-respect for the rights of every employee, in particular the prohibition of discrimination in employment and professional development on the basis of gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, race, belief, ethnicity, nationality, social origin, disability; counteracting mobbing and violence in the workplace,

-promoting ethical business conduct,

-respecting the right to collective action in accordance with ILO conventions,

-concern for a safe and health-friendly working environment,

-keeping the company's activities compliant with legislation and corporate social responsibility,

-compliance with ethical trading rules - acceptance as well as granting of financial benefits and corruption of any kind

 are prohibited; ensuring the legality of the goods,

-compliance with applicable legal and other external and internal data protection requirements, including the protection of personal data.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY implemented by taking measures and improving them in order to prevent possible environmental pollution. In particular:

-conducting operations in accordance with binding legislation and environmental best practice,

- conducting waste management through waste segregation and waste minimisation,

-respecting the principles of environmental sustainability by reducing deforestation, degradation and conversion of natural ecosystems,

Employees are systematically trained in QUALITY, SOCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES.

This POLICY is known to employees and available to customers and business partners, who are obliged to comply with its provisions.

 

Employees, clients and business partners, in accordance with the company's complaint procedure, have the right to submit a complaint or grievance if they find that our company is not operating in accordance with the above-mentioned policies.
